"Excellent location - right next to a metro station but within easy walking distance of the major attractions. The hotel/room was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfy and although we didn't use the kitchenette it seemed well equipped. The shower was fantastic! Staff on reception were very welcoming and friendly 😊"

"Sitting on top of one of the major metro stations in Paris definitely gives this Hotel a 5 start rating from day 1. For those who come to Paris for the first time, I highly recommend Citadines Les Halles Paris to you. We booked 2 studios for 4 nights over new year period and both rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. One of our rooms with bathtub and the other without. Good size windows with cute yard views. Rooms are clean and spacious, you can open 2 full size luggages and still have space to walk around. The hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful. They explain all the facilities very well upon checking in and happy to answer all the quesitons you have. This hotel provides free coffee and water to all guests at the lobby, you just need to bring your mugs(provided in your room) or water bottle to get them. There is a social/working corner in the lobby and on level 1. A cute gym also locates at level 1 for those who like to work out when travelling. If you are running out of clean towel, toilet paper etc, there is a comfort corner for the supply which you can exchange your dirty towels yourselves and get the amenities you need. Be mindful of the train noise, because of it's location, you will hear train passing underground from time to time, but after a while you will get used to it and it didn't effect our sleep at night during our stay. But if you are really senstive with any noise, think twice before booking I would say. For the amount of money we spent, it's worth the price tag and we have already decided to come back again next year when we travel to Paris. There are lots of shops, good restaurants and bars close to this hotel, as well as multiple supermarkets if you like to cook. I will give this hotel 5-star anyday of the year:) Can't wait to be back again"

"Pros: 1. Location is right in the heart of Paris near Les Halles métro/RER, making it super easy to walk to major sights, transport links, shops, cafés. 2. Apartments are clean, comfortable and with a small kitchenette. Cons: We booked two apartments for four guests. Upon check-in, we noticed that only one small can of water was provided in each apartment even though other amenities were set up for two. As the boiled water was too hot to drink and we were quite tired, we politely approached the reception to request an additional can of water. Unfortunately, the female staff member declined our request and continued her conversation with a colleague. As a result, we had to return to our room, put on our winter jackets, and go out to purchase bottled water ourselves. Small details like this can leave an unpleasant impression."
