"just terrible management , be aware when booking ."

"This hotel had a good location, however, it is not worth the money for several reasons. The staff were helpful, however, as you enter the foyer there is a table there with an ashtray with cigarettes and the stench of cigarette smoke. The revolving front door is blocked off and the entry door to the right gets stuck on the floor. Our room had a light out in the bathroom and a bad odor as well. The hotel itself just generally appears to be in poor repair, run down, especially the carpet, the tiling, the bathroom tiles. Sad to say, I would not stay here again."

"When we checked in, we were given a room that I believed was in a lower category than the room that we booked. We were unhappy, and we were eventually upgraded. They did not say that it was for one night only and they did not ask for more money. The following morning, we were asked to move. I said that no one told us that it was one night only. We were told that we need to speak to management. Over the next four days, no manager (or anyone) approached us. We believed the issue was dropped. Most importantly, at checkout, I explicitly asked the front desk agent if we owed anything for incidentals. The agent said no. My credit card was charged for more money, which they called accommodations, after we left. A hotel can not unilaterally change price, we had a contract. They are not allowed to charge for an upgrade without discussion and agreement."
