"Hotel location very convenient, bed was fairly comfortable and staff were helpful in arranging airport taxi. These are the only good points. Reception unmanned on arrival even though we arrived on time at 7pm as pre arranged. Key left on front desk. Room was very dirty. Thick dust in every corner Bathroom with mould everywhere Shower doors encrusted with dirt round edges Airconditioning unit was a wreck - no cover, just a hole in the ceiling. Surprisingly it worked but no thermostat - blasted icy air all night! Breakfast disappointing - dry bread and croissant, no fruit. On reflection, should have complained but only there for one night and there was no one there to complain to when we arrived. Not good value for money - even for Paris."

"I was here for 1 night. The location is what sold it to me. Good price for the central location - 3 minutes walk to the Odeon Metro and 25 minutes at the most walk to the Louvre. The room was simple and reception good. "

"They gave my booking away to walk-in with a similar name. The walk-in used the room for a few hours but decided not to stay. The staff were very surprised when I turned up, and they tried to convince me that I had already checked in earlier that afternoon. They then lied to my face, telling me that the room had been cleaned since the previous guests. They stuck to their story as I pointed out the unmade bed, the bin full of rubbish, and the used toiletries in the bathroom. No refund or discount offered. Fantastic location though!"
