"The hotel is in a good location just near the Sorbonne and about 15min walk from St. Germain (our favourite part of Paris). The main thing it has a lift (which services the 5 floors and absolute necessity for a hotel in Paris). The room we had (Rm52) was clean and comfortable, and a workable size (for Paris). The aircon was excellent and a lifesaver as we had 30* days. Staff were good. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was we had ordered (and paid extra) for two balcony rooms, six months in advance via Hotels.com. We were given 1 balcony room and 1 non balcony (no view) room. When we complained we were told two rubbish excuses- one was that they’d had a group booking so nothing could be done ( with a shrug of the shoulders) the other was that not all the rooms have balconies! That doesn’t even make sense! Why take the booking and our money? We will lodge a complaint with Hotels.com"

"I loved this sweet little hotel! Great location, close to transportation and many must-see sights. Their customer service is what really stands out though - I forgot something important when I checked out, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got it at my next stop. The staff were friendly and so helpful, and turned what could have been a disaster into a positive experience."

"Very nice Location near Metro 7 and Metro 10 and bus stops to Châtelet and Luxembourg garden Near La Sorbonne University Jussieu It was a nice stay Though the room was small, but it was a nice stay 5 nights the room was cleaned except for the last night it wasn’t! However towels were changed daily, Shampoo and shower gel provided, coffee station in the room was provided as well, chocolat chaud sachets as well Reception were friendly and welcoming"
