"I stayed for four nights, and on the fourth night I was moved to an attic room that was completely unacceptable. When I complained about the room and asked to cancel, the manager refused to cooperate and instead became aggressive, shouted at me, and insulted me. Even when I decided to leave, he followed me and continued arguing. The room itself had serious issues: the bathroom was built inside the room, with an extremely narrow entrance that required you to turn sideways to get in. There were also two doors inside the room, in addition to the main entrance, with no clear explanation of where they led. I felt genuinely unsafe and spent the night worried about my security. The bed sheets were also visibly dirty. For a hotel charging over €200 per night, this level of room quality, cleanliness, security, and especially customer service is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend reconsidering this hotel before booking."

This was a father-and-15-year-old daughter trip, and the hotel was able to provide comfortable twin beds, which worked perfectly for us. The location is outstanding in the Latin Quarter—an easy walk to Notre-Dame, the Panthéon, Luxembourg Gardens, and countless cafés, bakeries, and restaurants. Metro and bus connections are excellent, and getting to and from CDG Airport by RER and Metro was straightforward. Our room was air-conditioned, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of Paris. The double-glazed windows blocked out the street noise when closed, but it was also nice to be able to open them for fresh air. The elevator was appreciated after long days of sightseeing, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. For anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent transport links and plenty of dining options nearby, Hotel Minerve is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again."

"We were thrilled with the location of the hotel - easy access to transportation and walking distance to many interesting places! The room was spotless, cool, and quiet. It was small, which one expects in Europe, and we had packed accordingly. Great view from 6th floor balcony. Very satisfying breakfast. The staff are all very helpful and kind."
