"Pluses: Well located near a transportation hub, Friendly and attentive staff, good service, very quiet room, good buffet breakfast, good housekeeping. Minuses: Restaurant only open on weekdays except breakfast. Weak air conditioning. Room fridge not cooling satisfactorily. Nespresso machine not functioning. Stains on the carpet, both in the room and in the hallway."

"Well located hotel in La Défense with easy access to the metro and surrounding business area. The location is definitely one of the strong points. However, for a 5 star hotel, the overall experience falls short of expectations. The bathroom feels quite outdated, and the water pressure and temperature fluctuate significantly depending on whether neighboring rooms are using the shower, which is disappointing at this level. We also mentioned in advance that we were staying for a special occasion and specifically requested a room with one large bed instead of separate beds. Unfortunately, none of these requests were taken into consideration. Overall, it is a decent hotel for the location, but if you are expecting a true 5 star experience with attention to detail and guest requests, it is better to lower your expectations."

"I had recently stayed at the hotel, checked in on the Xth May 2026 and checked out on the 1Xth May 2026. I had made the booking via Trip.com There are so many problems from the date of check in. During the time of checking in, I was to told that I will need to make payment and after clarification that I had made booking online via Trip.com and had paid, showing the print out statement as proof of payment, I was then requested to make a deposit of 300€. Making the deposit is not a problem. Next problem came when I was checking out on the 1Xth May 2026 at around 5XXam. I was told that the internet was down and nothing can be done to void my deposit and charged the tourist tax of $XXX.XX to a secondary credit card. I was left with NO option and hence in view of time for me to get to the airport, I had authorized the tourist tax to be deducted via my deposit. Today 1Xth May 2026, I had realized that there are TWO charges of $XXX.XX by your hotel! This is outrageous. I demanded an explanation and refund of the additional deduction by your hotel to my credit card. Not only it had caused so much inconvenience from the minute i checked into the hotel till i checked out, I was charged double for the tourist tax. Really terrible experience for this stay."
