Hilton Paris La Defense

"One of the best European Hiltons I’ve stayed in. The property is beautifully renovated with a very stylish lobby and equally stylish rooms. We were able to check in to an upgraded, oversized room at 8 AM and even got a full breakfast upon arrival, which was very appreciated. Breakfast itself was tasty, a clear cut above average. The only downside with the room was that the HVAC - in typical European matter - was too weak, and needed to be supplemented with a heater to increase the room temp from 18 to 22. That said, the friendly service and excellent location (within a major mall) were the highlights of our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I will return for future Paris stays. (A minor annoyance was that the housekeeping staff seemed to lack even basic understanding of English, which seemed odd for a Hilton property.)"

"Very hard location to find via uber checked in agent was rude. My room never was vacuumed, coffee replenished, and water. Will never stay here again. Breakfast was good food and service"

"Location - Perfect unless you want to wake up in Paris (!). It is in a massive business area , shops, offices and basic restaurants/bars/cinemas etc. Similar to canary wharf and areas found in every city. Perfectly connected to the city with many transport lines, e.g. directly under the hotel is a station that is 2.5 Euros and just 5 direct stops to the Arc De Triumph / Champs Elysee. Just don't expect nice bars/nightlife and that french / Parisian village feel around the hotel itself. You could be in any global city. Atmosphere was professional, exceptionally friendly and attentative Rooms are lovely, modern I think refurbished , and clean and quiet I really love this hotel, as a business class hilton ideal for calm/safe travel around paris."
