"Hotel situated 8 mins train drive north of Gare St Lazare. Very helpful, kind staff. Rooms spotless. Breakfast good. Quiet. Great Italian restaurant & also wonderful boulangerie/patisserie. Although not in centre of Paris there are frequent trains so a good base."

"Hotel is no where near Paris in fact when we asked for a map of Paris the receptionist told us ‘this is not Paris’. Staff very unhelpful except for night reception. We had booked 2 rooms but when we got there they insisted only one was booked and other had been cancelled, we had to make 3 phone calls to Easyjet ourselves without staff helping and they had not cancelled a room. We did not get room sorted properly until next day, hotel made us pay for one of the rooms even though Easyjet had told them they would sort out. No tourist information in hotel Room was tiny, horrible arrangement of toilet separate from shower so had to use toilet and then walk around room to shower room to wash hands, weren’t even next to each other. Was twin beds and on one the mattress protector and sheets were too short for the bed. They took the dirty towels but didn’t replace them. Never a four star hotel not even a 3 star"
