"Bed linen was disgustingly smelly. They need to replace pillows and doonas. We were there for two nights and they didn’t even make the bed, even though they came into the room."

"The hotel has a charming atmosphere and a pleasant vibe overall. However, my experience was severely impacted by one major issue: the noise from the street made it extremely difficult to sleep. The windows are very old and offer no sound insulation, which is a real problem given the constant street noise, even late at night. The moment I walked into the room and noticed the issue, I asked the staff to change my room. Unfortunately, they didn’t take any action or offer an alternative, which was very disappointing. It's a shame because the hotel has potential, but basic comfort like being able to sleep should be a priority. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they invest in proper windows or soundproofing — and improve how they handle guest concerns."

"Excellent hotel, good facilities and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel is located right opposite a lovely park. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Most enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this hotel with numerous restaurants around the area. K&J"
