"Wonderful hotel in a relatively quiet part of Paris. Helpful and polite staff. I enjoyed my stay. Pros: Close to metro Fast check out/Check out Spa Quiet area Cons: Nothing major really. Just wish for more snack options on the room service menu. Also I called the front desk several times and no answer. Overall, good stay and would stay again."

"The experience of staying at Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy was very good. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had many options. "I stayed at the Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy hotel in July 2024. It was my first time there and my friend and I had a wonderful stay. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and as I am an Accor Platinum status member, I got a free upgrade to a duplex suite. The suite was very spacious with wall to wall windows, a very large living room/sleeping area, a big bedroom (which was located on the first floor) and a nice bathroom. The kingsize bed and the sofa bed were comfortable and you couldn't hear a sound from the rooms located above you, so sleep quality was excellent too. The rooms and bathroom were super clean and water pressure in the shower was good. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and we were offered free bottles of water every day of our stay. The hotel is located a bit out of the center of Paris, but taxis and Ubers are always a minute away when you need one. If you're looking for a decent, modern 4 star hotel in Paris, then this is a very good option."
