Novotel Paris Saint Denis Stade Basilique

"Great hotel for a city trip. From the hotel you can take the metro directly to the sights. Unfortunately, this was just undergoing maintenance during our visit. But with the replacement bus line, traveling was also possible. The hotel is in a suburb, in the evenings we didn't feel really comfortable going out with our children. All sorts of people are constantly hanging around the hotel. Dining options were therefore somewhat limited. The breakfast at the hotel was fine in itself, with enough options. Because of the rush, things were always quickly gone. You were also close to each other. The suite was spacious enough for us to celebrate and moreover clean. We could park our car in a closed-off section of the parking garage, which was very pleasant. Should we stay here again? Yes, I think so, especially with the two of us."

"- The reception team was very kind and helpful. The agreed-upon arrangements as well as the schedules were always respected. - The cleaning of the rooms was carried out daily and to our complete satisfaction. - The kitchen team always knew how to adapt to our sometimes very early or very late meal times. - The rooms were in good condition."

"On arrival we was greeted by the male reception but got their a little early when it was time to check in ,I was not welcomed by staff it’s my second time here so atleast I should been welcomed as a returning customer not good, the room was very clean comfy , the housekeeping lady very friendly. On the 14th I was with my mom she has arthritis so theirs a lift we use in the reception area to go to the dining room when we finished ate breakfast went to use the lift to the receptionist floor , the waitress started screaming at us in French no no no I said excuse me my mother has arthritis in her leg she continued screaming at us I told her I’m still gonna use the lift , I proceeded inside the lift with my mom she jump in following us in the lift continuing screaming at us like we where criminals , their where other French people using the lift to go to the top floor other ladies with heels but she didn’t say anything I was not happy . This lady it’s the second time she was disrespectful to us very rude . The Energy she gave to us she should of put that in the dinning room most of the tables where dirty breakfast low in stock horrible options no options 3/10 for breakfast I wasn’t happy i complained the manager called me no companion just bland phone called if I was French it would of been a different ball game .. reception area .. I won’t return again I wasn’t happy it ruined my stay the area is convent but they’re a lot of pick pockets outside as I almost was a victim to it .. reception staff Maureen was so nice and lovely always smiling she helpful very good customer service other reception staff just ignore you or rush you away .. hotel 6/10 .. it travelled a lot around the world Novotel was very disappointing .."
