"Make sure you book the right room category. We initially chose a standard family room but quickly realised it wouldn’t be comfortable for a family of four, so we upgraded to a suite straight away. For two adults and two kids, the suite—with a stunning Eiffel Tower view—was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers excellent breakfast and dinner options, and the lobby and restaurant are beautifully designed with elegant décor. While the hotel itself is lovely, the location isn’t the most convenient, and we relied on taxis to get around."

"I stayed in four amazing hotels in Europe, but this one in Paris really disappointed me. I made my reservation four months in advance and noted my late arrival after 11:30 PM. When I checked in, I was assigned a room on the second floor. I didn’t care about the view, but I had booked a king bed, and when I arrived, I found a queen bed instead. Exhausted, I called the receptionist and he said: “Are you sure? I will come to verify in 10 Minutes” - SUCH A JOKE!. After 20 minutes with no response, I went to the front desk. The staff member told me they couldn’t do anything because the hotel was overbooked. The manager eventually changed my room the next day, but it was still disappointing: a king-size bed made up of two single mattresses. No courtesy or discount was offered at all. On Sunday, I headed to the bar, which was supposed to close at 1 AM, but it closed at 10 PM. The breakfast was also lacking. Overall, I felt I paid for a subpar experience. Not a great administration. I stayed in Novotel hotels before… did not have this bad experience."
