Away from the central tourist neighbourhoods in the St-Ouen suburb, it looks like a warehouse from the outside. Inside, it’s all pared-back, and fashionably utilitarian with exposed brick walls and pipework, naked lightbulbs, and raw-wood panelling.

The two rooftop terraces, where you’ll find a roster of classes like yoga and salsa dancing, are in hot demand in the summer. 
 
The French brasserie, Feu de Chou, spills out onto a patio and is the place to be on a warm Parisian evening. Platefuls of colourful dishes are made from organic produce and lean heavily on veggie-based recipes. You can also order a variety of organic cocktails from the bar.
 
Meanwhile, It’s only a 10-minute walk from Mairie de St Ouen metro station and five minutes from Garibaldi. Just think: you can reach a plethora of Paris hotspots for the day and then return to the irresistible buzz of your trendy Parisian crash pad in no time at all.
