"We stayed at MOB House Paris and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has a nice, unique atmosphere and is located in an interesting neighborhood, in the middle of the antique district of Saint-Ouen. An environment with character, where you can enjoy walking around and discover something other than the classic tourist Paris. With an Uber or the metro, you are also quickly in the heart of Paris, ideal for exploring the city and then returning to a quieter area. A nice base for a city trip, with an original location and a nice atmosphere. If you want to experience Paris in a different way, you are in the right place! A recommendation for those who want to combine comfort, a special neighborhood, and a good connection to the center. 🥐"

"It's a very sophisticated hotel. It was the first time we stayed, and I thought it was a hotel that focused on the word Natural. That’s because there were no TV monitors in the room and the power supply was minimal. That said, the room was very spacious and comfortable with welcome desserts and drinks in the fridge. The outdoor space on the ground floor had a swimming pool and a barbecue. It was a shame we were so noisy in bed, as there was a group of us drinking and talking in the outdoor space until 1am.... There was a restaurant on the first floor indoor space where we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. The food was all delicious. Above all, the croissants served at the breakfast buffet were excellent. We drove to this hotel, but we also felt insecure about security, with graffiti on shutters and some unpopular places littered with garbage."

"Hotel is fine for a 1 night stay if you're visiting the flea and antique markets. Road is nice and quiet, but I wouldn't recommend for any longer stays. Rooms are small, and we had a suite. Bathroom had mould and is very cramped, no storage or hanging space. Only 6 hangers for 2 of us for a 4 night stay. Kettle and coffee machine both broken, took 24 hours to sort but we still had to pay for tea and coffee at bar. Air con in room very inefficient so gets very hot on a sunny Paris day. Pool area nothing like in photos, dirty, no towel facility, beds are old and some broken, old broken tables dumped in overgrowth around the edge. Gardens are very overgrown and full of weeds, obviously not maintained. Feels more like an up market hostel, not a 4 star hotel. Road is nice, but within 200 metres of a dodgy part of Paris, big police presence on streets, homeless and shanty type living on streets, I definitely wouldn't walk from the hotel so had to get cabs everywhere. Used laundry facility and wasn't returned in time for our departure so they had to post them back to us, have now got lost with the courier (3 weeks later not received) and the hotel have been very unhelpful in contacting shipping company to sort, despite me contacting them many times. Booked via Mr & Mrs Smith and definitely not their usual standard."
