Mercure Paris Saint-Ouen

"My stay in this hotel was particularly disappointing. The room was downright dirty: dust everywhere, empty shower gel, and stained sheets. The rest of the hotel also gives a poorly maintained and neglected impression. The common areas were dirty and the whole thing lacks professionalism. The breakfast was frankly disastrous and did not meet expectations at all. The staff seemed to pay little to no attention to the guests during the weekend. Furthermore, there was no visible manager present to monitor the service, ensure quality, or make sure everything went properly. This lack of supervision and organization is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The price-quality ratio is therefore very poor. What surprises me most is that a hotel that is part of the Accor group maintains such low standards. From an international hotel group, you should at least expect cleanliness, proper maintenance, and professional service. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. Management should urgently intervene to thoroughly improve hygiene, maintenance, breakfast, and service. A very bad experience and certainly not the level you expect from Accor."

"Terrible. Even though I had notified them twice, they left the bathroom sink clogged for me. Slow Wi-Fi, rudeness of the cleaning ladies who enter your room. Old and malfunctioning shower. I will not return"

"We have often stayed in this hotel through holiday auctions with great pleasure. Recently, the agenda for holiday auctions does not extend beyond a few days, so we can no longer book in, for example, December. This causes big problems if you travel like us with Eurostar. I have already sent several emails to Mercure Saint Ouen but I just don't get a reply! If the dates for rebooking via holiday auctions do not open a few months further, it's done for us and we will go to another hotel in the future."
