Mercure Paris Saint-Ouen

"It’s been a few years since I last stayed here. I am in Saint Ouen regularly for work and normally stay at the Tribe as it closer to the office. I couldn’t get in this time so stayed at the Mercure. The hotel is fine, in fact it’s a bit nicer than the Tribe and Service was good. Breakfast was fine with a good selection, although no Madelines which I like to have at breakfast when in France. Room was good and I do like the way the TVs in Accor hotels let you Chromecast from a device to them. The problem came with the bathroom. The shower has no door or curtain and there was no bath. I started running the shower as I as I got in the water was just up to the edge of the shower. As I showered the water started leaving the shower and I had to have a very quick shower, hoping the flood wouldn’t get too far. In the end after a very brief shower the water had got well and truly into the room wetting my case and clothes. I dried out the room with the towels as best I could and checked out. I don’t remember this happening last time I stayed so maybe the staff need to unblock their drains. In short not the best stay and next time I’ll stick to the Tribe or stay at the Mont Martre Mercure."

"Hotel was very good, cozy but clean and near to Metro , staff was very helpful and professional. It's only 15 minutes by metro to reach champs elysees. In the area you can find MAC, Domino's pizza and many cafes and bars. There is nice garden in the hotel where you can have good time. It's residential area so it's safe."

"A very well located hotel just outside central paris connected by Garabaldi station on the metro line literally a 5 minute walk. This connects you with all the main sites within Paris within 30 minutes and is easily accessible. The hotel itself is basic. Our room was a little dirty and the shower head was broken which caused some frustration. Customer service was great. Really helpful staff who helped us from when we arrives to when we departed. Overall would definitely return if staying in paris."
