"Average hotel at max. The rooms were too small, one could barely stand in the bathroom and take bath. We were given Standard room (Room 503) although we had booked comfort double room. The receptionist said that both of them are same although there is a clear distinction between them on their website as well as the reception price list. The service wasn’t great either. The room service used to take away the extra packets of sugar and creamer which we used to keep specifically for drinking tea at night. WiFi was pretty bad, just enough to get normal browsing done. On the positive side, they kept our baggage pre check in and post check out. The rooms were clean. Finally, I’d suggest that there will certainly be better options out there in a similar price range, so you can give this hotel a skip."

"Good location Comfortable beds Our safe never worked and they never tried to fix it. We had to leave all our valuable belongings at front desk. The night reception staff kept on smoking inside the hotel and the smell was terrible Our room didn't have towels when we arrived. Very bad wifi"

"Great experience friendly staff nice location. The room could be a little bigger but it’s ok. Every day we had cleaning service Also the bus and the metro station is near the hotel in 5 minutes on foot "
