"A well located hotel in a residential area so not much noise from the street, and within walking distance of several metro stations and bus routes, so easy access to all that Paris has to offer. Friendly staff and good quality breakfast which is well worth the extra. We arrived quite early at midday and were just expecting to drop our bag off but surprisingly the room was already available to us which was a bonus. We had booked a ‘superior’ room but I couldn’t see anything superior about it. It was located on the ground floor very close to reception meaning that there was quite a bit of noise in the morning as soundproofing is poor. In future we’ll stick to a standard room. The “romance” package which we booked wasn’t anything special and we wouldn’t book it again. Fake rose petals on the bed wasn’t really what we were looking for. Nonetheless, we did enjoy our stay and the bed was comfortable so we will definitely look to return. Indeed given it’s great location, we’ll probably make it our ‘go to’ hotel in Paris when we’re not after anything special.,"

"Room was dirty and dusty. The hotel was in need of redecoration as it was tired and not looked after. The service from the staff was poor as they did not follow up on requests."

"We come to Paris with my son for the Easter holiday. We found this hotel and weren't wrong. it Is located in and area very nice and calm to the city center with many typical french restaurants/bistros..the hotel Is very well maintained, room was clean, the breakfast typical Continental One ...the staff were very kind and friendly. And we wanted tò thank a dark-haired girl at the reception Who helped US avoid missing out tourist bus becouse we arrived late by train..She kindly contacted the Company, then She gave US helpful advice on the best ways tò reach the main attractions..the staff also was kind enough ti ensure we had breakfast even though we had tò leave very early..surely, the best Memories of this vacation are also thanks tò the kindless and proffesionalism of the staff..we highly recommend this hotel... best regards, Iryna and Giordano"
