Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile

"My wife and I had a wonderful five-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the Arc de Triomphe and with convenient access to everything Paris has to offer. But what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding level of customer service. Every member of the team we encountered was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in making our stay special. The consistency and warmth of the service throughout our five nights were remarkable. The Regency Club was undoubtedly one of the highlights. The quality, variety, and presentation of the food and beverages were superb, both at breakfast and during the evening service. Combined with the attentive staff, it made the Club a wonderful place to begin and end each day. And then there is the view. The panoramic views of Paris from the Regency Club are simply spectacular and truly unique. Sitting there with a glass of wine in the evening while looking across the Paris skyline is an experience we will remember for a long time. Our room was equally impressive—extremely comfortable, quiet, impeccably maintained, and a perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring Paris. The quality of the bed and overall comfort of the room made our five-night stay particularly enjoyable. The Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile delivered exactly what we value in a great hotel: exceptional service, excellent food and beverage, comfortable accommodations, a fantastic location, and an unforgettable view of Paris. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. A special thank you to the entire team for making our time in Paris so memorable. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel for conference. Conference food was amazing. The staff are friendly. Breakfast does have long queues, perhaps can open additional entrances for breakfast customers."
