"I would book this hotel again, it is a lovely cosy hotel, well thought out, very clean, modern bathrooms, very friendly staff, we did not have breakfast, but it looked good and a nice room to eat it. I felt for Paris it was good value for a Saturday night for a 4 star hotel. The beautiful park is just a couple of mins and is worth a visit. It is the only park in Paris that takes dogs! Even though there is a negative review below, I would not let that put you off this hotel (all hotels and properties from time to time have problems). If you are looking to stay in the 19th, this hotel is definitely worth a stay!!! The bed was super comfy and there was lots of hot water and it is on a quiet road!"

"BEAUTIFUL, LUXURIOUS, BRAND NEW GEM OF A HOTEL! We were on our anniversary trip to Paris and Hotel Atlas is a brand new, well-appointed luxury hotel in the 19th arrondissement/Belleview area. The room was very thoughtfully designed, and every detail made our stay more comfortable. A large room by Paris standards, the bed was SUPER COMFY, the linens were soft and lux, the shower is BIG, the carpet was soft and plush on our feeties! The staff is very friendly, and very accommodating. The hotel is beautiful on the outside, too, very fun to drive up to when you arrive. The location is not in the over-run touristy part of Paris so you get a real feel for life as a Parisian vs life as a tourist. The local cafes and restaurants are buzzing with life and locals (even on a Monday night)! But the street the hotel is on is nice and quiet. There is a big, beautiful park a short walk away (think Central Park in NYC) and you are just a quick subway ride away from all the tourist areas. They have on-site staff there 24-hours. If you are looking for a pretty, lux, comfortable hotel and a place to experience and be a part of the local life in Paris, this is for you! The owner, manager and staff made us feel so special! For fun, I took my wedding dress and they were kind enough to take pictures of us out in front of the hotel! BOOK YOUR STAY, you won't be disappointed!"

"I honestly regret choosing this hotel for my Paris trip. I planned this trip months in advance and specifically chose this hotel because I wanted a nice place in one of my favorite areas of Paris. I was paying around €250 per night and expected a comfortable four-star experience. Instead, my entire stay was overshadowed by basic heating, hot-water, and housekeeping problems. The very first night was extremely cold. I called the front desk immediately, and I was told that the staff were new and didn’t know how to operate the heating. I tried to be understanding and decided to check again in the morning. The next day, I was told there was a problem with the hot water — and that it would apparently continue for the next THREE days. I was leaving on the fourth day. Even on my third day, the hot water still had not been fixed. The hot water situation was especially unacceptable. The water would become cold after approximately two minutes, meaning I couldn’t properly shower, wash my hair, or even shave. I had to take extremely quick showers just to avoid being left in freezing water. And I was clearly not the only guest experiencing these problems. During my stay, I overheard other guests complaining about the cold rooms and lack of hot water as well. So this was not simply an isolated issue with my particular room. As for the heating, I was told that this was because of some kind of Paris regulation supposedly preventing hotels from turning on the heating before October 15. Then I was told that they could turn it on, but only for the entire hotel at once. Whatever the explanation, the reality was that I was cold in my room for most of my stay. The towel heater in the bathroom didn’t work either, and despite bringing it to their attention, it was never fixed. Imagine arriving in Paris for a long-planned trip and having to buy warm pajamas the next day simply because you are freezing in your supposedly four-star hotel room. The housekeeping was also confusing and inconvenient. On my first day, I did not put any sign on my door. I went to breakfast and came back to my room to rest, only to find the cleaning lady already inside cleaning the room. I had to leave my room again because she was in the middle of cleaning. The following day, I again did not put any sign on the door, expecting the room to be cleaned as part of the normal housekeeping service. However, when I returned, my room had not been cleaned at all. Someone had apparently come in only to take out the trash, but the room itself had not been serviced. There were also very basic things that were simply ignored. I asked the hotel to refill the soap dispenser because it was empty. Nobody did. They offered me free breakfast as compensation. I appreciate the gesture, but breakfast was not what I wanted. I wanted the basic things I had paid €250 per night for: a warm room, hot water, functioning bathroom equipment, basic housekeeping, and the ability to relax and enjoy my trip instead of repeatedly contacting the front desk about these problems. I genuinely feel that this hotel is nowhere near the four-star experience it claims to provide. Based on my experience, I would consider it two-star quality at best. Paris is a city where every day matters, especially when you have planned and saved for the trip for months. I did not want to spend my precious days dealing with heating, hot-water, housekeeping, and basic maintenance issues. My biggest regret is that I didn’t simply leave after the first night. I wish the hotel had offered to move me somewhere else or refund the remaining nights so I could have continued my trip in peace. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel. Don’t waste your precious days in Paris dealing with problems that should never exist in a hotel charging €250 per night and presenting itself as four-star."
