Well connected base for a whirlwind city break
For your next trip to the French capital, don’t sleep on the 10th arrondissement. It might be mostly known for its train connections thanks to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, but it’s got plenty more than just great transport links to offer. Diverse and cultural, it’s a neighbourhood that’s mostly home to Parisians, so you can expect great local eats, and bags of character.
The hotel itself is opposite Gare de l’Est, so getting around the city should be a cinch, whether you opt for the metro, the bus, or a mixture of both. The hardest part will be choosing which sight to hit first. The Eiffel Tower is about half an hour away if you take the metro, so why not start there and work your way back to the hotel – you could even tick off the Louvre and Notre Dame on the way.
