Budget hotel, poor location for sightseeing

"The hotel is modern but designed to be as cheap as possible with absolutely zero frills. Absolutely everything comes at an additional cost including room cleaning. The bedding is comfortable but the mattress is rock solid. The breakfast is very poor and expensive for the selection on offer. There are no restaurants nearby so be prepared to travel for meals. The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro although note that this is closed after 10pm on weekdays and some days during the week during February and March. I would not recommend this hotel for sightseeing holidays as it is a good 30 minute metro journey to the main landmarks. It is the perfect hotel for stopping over for one night but any longer, I’d suggest looking for alternatives."

"The hotel is clean with sober decoration, the agents are professional and the room is functional with comfortable bedding. Sanitary facilities are clean and functional. For pedestrians, the hotel is very close to the metro line 12, suitable dining establishments and studio 107."

"It is a very good hotel however, it will take you 45 mins to get into Paris (2 trains). Good thing, an M-12 train station (Front Populaire, wheel-chair accessible) is just literally in front of the hotel. Hotel is located in the north, secluded area outside of Paris. There is a nearby convenience store, couple of restaurants and boulangerie. The buffet breakfast is decent and there are vending machines in the hotel lobby. About the room, there is an air conditioner in the room. Only bath gel is provided, no other toiletries. There is no kettle, teacups and glass provided. Hairdryer and iron can be borrowed from reception. No in-room phone. No laundry facility but there is one a bit far away. Receptionists are very accommodating (I am so sorry, I forgot the name of the 3 receptionists I got to talked to). I will certainly stay again to this property when I am back to Paris."
