Courtyard Paris Gare De Lyon

"I read this was a newer hotel. It is not new. It is renovated. Stay was nice. Could see signs of renovation. Would clean the grout in shower. Otherwise everything else was good for price.Metro train is next to hotel. Gym is good."

"Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Paris with family. Location is fantastic for getting in and out of the city...it is literally right across from Gare de Lyon. They also fully recognize Bonvoy Elite members - better than many other Courtyard properties. What stood out most were the staff and how attentive they were...not you'd typically expect in Paris. We were there during the heatwave, and happy to report that the AC in this Courtyard is fully functional and worked very well. All things considered, this might have been one of the best hotel I've stayed in Paris in this price range. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon for two nights as a stop in Paris on our way home to the United States after a two-week vacation. The location is hard to beat—it's directly across from Gare de Lyon, making it incredibly convenient for trains, the Metro, and exploring the city. We also enjoyed evening walks along the Seine, which is only a short walk from the hotel. Our family booked two rooms: a queen room for my wife and me and a room with two twin beds for our sons. Walking into cool, air-conditioned rooms after traveling during the summer heat was a welcome relief. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay. One minor disappointment was the television. It displayed an available HDMI input, but the input was disabled, so we couldn't use the Fire Stick we had brought with us. It wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nice to have that option after long days of sightseeing. One thing that definitely stood out was the bathroom design. The glass walls give it a modern look, but they don't offer much in the way of sound privacy. If you're traveling with your spouse or family, just be prepared for everyone to know exactly what's going on in there! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our first evening. The food was good, though a little overpriced for what we received—but that's fairly typical for hotel restaurants. After dinner, my wife and I explored the neighborhood while our sons relaxed in their room. Despite being close to a major train station, we slept well each night. You can hear some traffic and the occasional train, but it wasn't enough to disturb us. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff outweighed the few minor inconveniences. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Paris."
