"Very nice and efficient hotel for a short stay or layover. The rooms are spacious and clean. Despite being close to the planes the rooms are very quiet with minimal noise from upstairs guests. The bed was very comfortable and large. In the room there is a hanging area for clothes, hair dryer, mini fridge, safe, a desk and chair, 2 kinds of shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion. You can collect further items for free such as toothbrushes, shaving kits, comb, sewing kit, shower cap, and more from the lobby next to the check in area. Travellers self-checkin using one of the multiple screens available and staff are on hand to help. The breakfast was great! With so many options. There was gluten free bread and non-dairy milk options. Barista coffee is included in the breakfast option, or you can purchase coffee separately if you don't add the breakfast option. There are two downsides: The lights and Tv are controlled by the in-room ipad or an app. A bit annoying if you quickly need to turn on a light at night. Secondly the shower tiles do not direct the flow of water well and the shower curtain doesn't stop the water from flooding the bathroom floor. The floor is the bathroom gets easily flooded when you take a shower and it runs all around the toilet. You need to dry the floor after every shower."

"Three clerks and no greeting! We fumbled through the self-service registration process until a clerk told us we could toggle from French to English. We walked through a pitch black hallway and elevator bank, not unlike a parking garage. The room was TINY. A square bed was shoved into one end of the room with no room on either side. There was not enough room to easily accommodate two people and luggage. The sink was in the walking space just inside the door. The bathroom and shower had no real walls, only frosted glass. I could see the blurred image of my husband on the toilet! Egads!! What idiot thought that was a good idea?! Hey--the breakfast was good."

"We had a lovely stay at CitizenM. Very conveniently placed next to Gare de Lyon which gave us easy access for Euro Disney. Bed was large and comfy, nice shower and plenty of places to put your things. If you have a lot of luggage then you might want to choose a bigger room or hotel. Checking in and out is fairly easy once you’ve got the knack of it. Loved the free refill bottles of water you can take to your room too. We also loved the hidden gems to visit so close by as well instead of the more obvious and crowded places to visit in Paris. Would definitely stay again"
