"Excellent rooms with good beds and all necessary facilities. Distance to the center is doable. Only very unfortunate that when it is 27 degrees in May a weekend the hotel refuses to turn on the central air conditioning. We paid extra attention to whether there is air conditioning 2 weeks before departure as it would be hot. The solutions offered were bluntly buying a fan yourself or opening the window. If you sleep here with the window open it is like lying on the highway so that is not an option even with earplugs. They are supposedly hiding behind government rules for which they can get fines which, after a little research, turns out to be nonsense. Yes, they should save as much energy as possible, but there are no such sanctions. It was very uncomfortable for someone with asthma to have to sleep like this. We've been coming here for years, but this is really the last time."

"Positive note: proximity to the metro. In less than 10 min walk you reach the m11. Nearby there are several Boulangerie and some supermarkets. I asked for a second pillow and in 4 nights it never arrived (although fortunately I found myself fine with one) - same problem I had at another hotel in the same chain. The reception staff doesn't even look up to say hello. On the third day of our stay we returned to the room in the late afternoon and realize that the room had not been redone. I point this out at reception and am told that they will probably have forgotten and that there was none to be able to make up for it. Fortunately I am provided with two towels (there are only two in the room). Breakfast acceptable although very little sweet choice (pan au chocolat, empty croissants, bread and jam / chocolate cream - no Nutella-). Too bad because it looks good but some more attention could have made a difference."

"During our stay in Paris, we chose this hotel and were very disappointed. Being a couple, we were treated to a bed for 2 people with a duvet too small compared to the size of the mattress, there were hair and stains on the sheets. I was asked at the reception where the receptionist barely spoke French and did not understand what I asked him. He confused the towel to wash with the bed sheet. Twice, I had to explain it to him again. Also, due to lack of toilet paper, we had to ask for some as well as the neighbors who occupied the room in front of that of our children. At lunchtime there is a wide choice as well as for drinks. There is also a beverage dispenser and in case. And if, in the evening, you are very hungry, there is a vending machine to order and the delivery person comes to deliver it to your room."
