Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadero Hotel

"We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel. From the moment we arrived, Lisa and Camille set the tone for the entire stay with their warmth and friendliness. All of the front desk staff were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind, including Clémence, Pauline, and Amélie. Each day, the staff added something special to our experience and truly enriched our trip. Abdullah and Ahmed at the concierge desk were especially helpful, including assisting us with transportation and making it easier to get around Paris. Moushumi was wonderful at breakfast — she started our mornings off on such a positive note and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations that we really appreciated. The hotel itself was comfortable, well located, and a great home base for exploring Paris. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the people. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Paris."

"I have stayed in that hotel a lot of times and where I loved it a lot back a few years ago I have seen stay quality going continuously down. This time we had a room with a bathroom that could very well have been a 2 stars hotel bathroom. I am just writing this review to hopefully push management to react before it is too late. We are now switching to another hotel close by priced much less and for better quality. A disappointed Marriott Platinum member."

"Our stay at the Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, and I want to be clear that this review is specifically about this property and its staff—not the Renaissance or Marriott brand as a whole. My family and I travel frequently, and we have stayed at many Renaissance Marriott hotels around the world. Because of those experiences, we arrived expecting the same warmth, friendliness, and hospitality we normally associate with Renaissance. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. With the exception of the lady who checked us in on our first day, the staff consistently seemed unfriendly and unhappy to interact with guests. We are naturally friendly people and would say hello when walking in or out of the hotel, yet very often there was no greeting or acknowledgment in return. At times, it genuinely felt as though staff were bothered simply by being asked for assistance. Initially, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it might be because Paris was busy and the hotel staff were under pressure. But after several days, it became difficult to overlook. Even simple requests felt like something we had to extract from the staff rather than something they were happy to help with. What surprised me most was the complete lack of follow-up. No one asked how our stay was going, whether our rooms were comfortable, or whether we needed anything. That may sound like a small detail, but it has been a very normal part of the hospitality we have experienced at other Renaissance hotels, whether traveling with our children or just as a couple. Hospitality is more than providing a room in a good location. When guests are paying the rates this hotel charges, they should not feel as though their presence or requests are an inconvenience. We are well-traveled, friendly, and generally very understanding travelers. I rarely feel strongly enough to write a review like this, but the attitude and lack of hospitality from this particular team were unlike anything I have experienced at another Renaissance property. I remain loyal to Marriott and have had many excellent experiences with Renaissance hotels. This particular hotel, however, did not live up to the standard I have come to expect. Based on our experience, if you are considering spending this amount of money for a stay in Paris, I would recommend looking at other hotels where genuine hospitality is part of the experience."
