Best Western au Trocadero

"The hotel was in a great area surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Outside you had a good view of the Eiffel Tower and could walk to a great photo spot for the tower. ( however be careful of pan handlers). The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a continental so no hot food and limited but it was enough. The room was clean and nice and the usual small European size. The toilet area was tight as I’m not a big person but still had to remove the toilet paper roll to sit down. The underground metro was across the street and Ubers were there within 4 minutes. The Bigbus tour bus also stops one street away."

"Breakfast although included in the room is basically non existent (very poor). The day before last the cleaning lady did not clean my room and if it wasn't for Michaella, the receptionist, who saved the day, I would have to clean it myself as after the 8 hour shift there is noone in the hotel to correct any mistakes. She came, she cleaned the waste bins and gave me clean towels. It wasn't her job but she did it nontheless. The spot is really good but I wouldn't choose it again to stay there. I wouldn't expect that from a hotel that belongs to a large hotel chain."

"Everyone from check-in to check-out were superb - exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was excellent. Everything was perfect. Fantastic location, great value for money. Beautiful."
