Hipark by Adagio Serris Val de Europe

"Excellent location for Disneyland with just a 15min walk. Also a free shuttle bus across the road from the hotel which we used a few times. Shopping centre only a 5 minute walk away too. Reception areas clean and tidy however our apartment was run down, in the bedroom the socket was hanging off the wall, not the safest for children going around. Also several of the dishes we took out of the cupboard were noticeably dirty. Cleanliness could be a little better. Rooms aren’t cleaned throughout your stay and no new towels provided. Can request more but need to pay. Also need to empty your bins and take out your own rubbish. Would recommend for location but the apatrments definitely need a refresh."

"The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing! Just a 15-minute walk to Disneyland Paris and a 5-minute walk to La Vallée Village and the shopping mall, making it an incredibly convenient base for both the parks and shopping. A wonderful boulangerie/patisserie is steps away from the entrance. Unfortunately, the rooms were dated and in dire need of updating. We also encountered cobwebs, silverfish, and other small bugs in the room. I understand that the hotel is close to nature, so some insects may be expected, but the overall condition of the rooms was disappointing, especially for the price we paid for our stay. While the location is excellent, the condition of the accommodation would prevent me from staying here again."

"We stayed here for our Disneyland Paris trip and, overall, I’d say it was a nice, perfectly adequate hotel for what we needed. It’s an apart-hotel, so the room comes with a kettle, coffee machine, cooker and dishwasher. We didn’t actually use any of these during our stay, so unfortunately I can’t comment on how well they work. There is also a vending machine downstairs with some useful essentials if you’ve forgotten something, although the prices are quite high, we paid €12 for sun cream and €8 for plasters! The room itself was a good size and felt spacious, with a wardrobe, TV, safe and plenty of room for our things. We also had a balcony, which was a nice addition, although there was a dirty sock left on it when we arrived. We didn’t really use the balcony as we spent most of our time out at Disneyland. The bathroom was also a good size, and our room had a bath and shower combination, which was nice. The bath was really deep, although the water pressure wasn’t the best. Shampoo and body wash were provided, which was handy. One of the biggest negatives for us was the bed. It wasn’t the most comfortable, and the walls are quite thin, so we could hear things from the rooms around us, including people coughing and toilets flushing. That wasn’t ideal, especially when you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep. The hairdryer was also pretty terrible. I didn’t bring my own as I usually expect hotels to provide one, but I’m not sure if ours was faulty. It cut off after less than a minute when I tried to use it one evening, and when my husband tried it the following morning, it stopped after around 10 seconds. So if you’re particular about having a decent hairdryer, I’d recommend bringing your own. The hotel does have a pool, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay, so I can’t comment on that. There is also free luggage storage, which is really useful if you have a later departure and don’t want to carry your bags around with you. For us, the biggest positive was definitely the location. It’s around a 20-minute walk to Disneyland Paris, give or take, and is one of the closer options to the parks that isn’t an actual Disney Hotel. There is also a shuttle bus available, although we didn’t use it. Overall, I would say this is a nice, practical hotel rather than a hotel you stay at for the hotel itself. If you’re visiting Disneyland Paris, the location is really convenient and it has everything you need for a few nights. The room is spacious, and despite the bed not being the most comfortable, after spending all day walking around Disney and having aching feet, you’ll probably be so exhausted that you’ll sleep anyway! I would happily stay here again for a Disney trip, particularly for the location, but I wouldn’t necessarily choose it as a destination hotel if I wasn’t visiting Disneyland Paris."
