Disneyland Hotel

"The most incredible experience in this hotel for my birthday! We come to Disney every year and this time we booked the Disney hotel as it was something I always wanted to do for my 30th, it didn’t disappoint!!! Elegant, beautiful, classy, luxurious, the staff were amazing, the room was beautiful! - Hotel Breakfast - We had breakfast in the restaurant on the first morning but ordered it to the room on the second morning for my birthday. We were half board so we ordered 2 lots of continental and there was so much food! Pastries, fruit, granola, bread, yoghurt, cereal, fresh juice, smoothies, hot chocolate, coffee and more at no extra cost! - Princesses - There will be occasional appearances from different princesses throughout the day within the hotel. We saw them outside the hotel restaurant and in the lobby area, we saw rapunzel and Ariel! We also booked a princess visit via the app which was purely for Disney hotel guests, we did this twice and saw sleeping beauty and rapunzel. - Room - We booked a Superior Family room. A few weeks before I rang up and requested a little mermaid theme room and we got one! The room was so beautiful, really elegant with a lovely little view. - staff - All of the staff were very helpful and happy to do what they could. They helped with our luggage, answered all our questions, and gave an overall positive attitude to everything. I would easily come back to this hotel over and over again! I wish we stayed for longer to see the swimming pool and explore more but we will just have to stay again!"

"Booked 2 deluxe rooms for family of 6 ,not impressed at all.Rooms very dark,if that’s the bathrooms that get 5 star reviews in France,god help them.As for the deluxe lounge,what is the point of getting my breakfast, and my tea/coffee arriving 10 minutes after I have eaten,you can’t take any food out of the lounge to your room,again any club level allows this.I had 2 children in the room who were tired,and we asked to take some cakes down to them,but were told this could not happen.This morning we were leaving early,so we had our luggage with us ,which were only carry on,it was 7 am,and we were getting picked up at 7.30,we were told we could not take the luggage into the lounge,we could not leave it outside,so we were refused breakfast,me I don’t bother ,but I had 3 kids with me.The hotel was Ok for a Disney Hotel,but not worth the money,stayed in many better 4 star hotels than this,but again I do realise it is a Disney hotel,but some staff do need to learn how to interact with customers ,and not act if it is them who are paying the expensive rates."
