"This hotel is a scam and a total disaster—do not be fooled by the beautiful pictures on their website. It comes nowhere near IHG standards. When we arrived, we asked if we could receive complimentary breakfast since we were staying for only one night to celebrate our anniversary, and because I know most IHG hotels make thoughtful gestures for their members. I was thanked for my loyalty as a Platinum Elite member and told that while breakfast was an additional charge, our room had been upgraded instead. We accepted and expressed our gratitude. However, as soon as we stepped into the room, the keycard for the light was already in the slot, the sofa bed was pulled out, and there was a welcome card addressed to a different guest. We went back to reception to clarify whether this was actually our room and were shocked to discover that the door did not lock from the outside. Anyone could have walked in without a key. The fact that the keycard was already inserted and the sofa was pulled out clearly meant another guest had just requested a room change due to the faulty door. You cannot thank me for my loyalty and then deliberately assign me a room you know is unsafe. When we brought this to the front desk, we received a insincere apology with no gesture of goodwill, and we were moved to an even worse room. The toilet was filthy, there were no amenities, and when we tried to call reception to report it, the room phone wasn't working. Later, we went downstairs to get a drink at the restaurant. The bartender rushed us, demanding that we choose our drinks before sitting down so we could carry them to the table ourselves. Apparently, providing actual service was too much effort for him. The next morning, we met Vanessa at the front desk to check out and waited for her to finish a phone call. She took our keys and asked how our stay was. I showed her a photo of the filthy toilet and was about to explain the rest of our experience, but as soon as she saw the picture, she pulled a face and interrupted me to answer the phone. After finishing that call, she continued to ignore us and immediately made or took a second call. By the third call, it was obvious she was pretending to be busy just to avoid addressing our issues. Realizing she had no intention of helping us—and without so much as an apology or an "I'll be right with you"—we simply turned around and walked out. To top it all off, despite their claims that the rooms are renovated, we noticed holes in the bathtub in the first room. On top of that, charging €20 for less than 12 hours of parking at a property with this level of service is absolute robbery. Even if this were the last hotel on Earth, I would never return."

"My stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

"Having just undergone a full renovation and rebranding just 2 weeks before our stay, everything was fresh and new in this beautiful hotel in a lovely rural setting only a few minutes from Disneyland Paris. The hotel is far enough away from the theme parks that it is in a quiet setting, but only a few minutes away by car or shuttle. All the staff were lovely and Théo at check in was very kind and professional, providing plenty of information about the hotel and its amenities, he even called to ensure everything was in order with the room once we’d arrived. We did have an issue with the TV not working and he sent a technician immediately—the room was literally just remodeled so little hiccups like this are expected and not an issue. Our IHG status was recognised at check in and there was a lovely welcome note with macarons and sweets waiting for us in the room. The room itself, a Premium Room with Sofa Bed, was quite spacious and perfect for us as a family of 3. The new design was fresh and chic while still feeling plush and premium. The only small criticism I would have is that there were no bathrobes or slippers provided, something I would expect in a Premium room at a Crowne Plaza. The courtyard terrace is quite pleasant and there is a swimming pool and spa, though we did not have time to use these facilities as we spent most of the weekend at Disneyland. The shuttle to Disneyland Paris was very convenient and ran every half hour in both directions. Overall a very pleasant stay and a well-done renovation. We will certainly stay here again on a future trip to Disneyland Paris."
