B&B HOTEL Marne La Vallee Val D europe

"I stayed at B&B Hotel, Room #307, during my visit for the BAPS Mandir opening ceremony. The manager and entire hotel staff provided wonderful customer service. They truly went above and beyond to help me. When I arrived, the hotel was fully booked, but the manager was very kind and did everything possible to help manage my reservation. During my stay, I became unwell and could not drink cold water. I asked the front desk staff twice for room-temperature water, and they were very kind and helped me each time. It may seem like a small thing, but when you are not feeling well, that kind of care means a lot. I will not forget their kindness. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for making my stay comfortable and for treating me with such care and respect. Truly wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Functional hotel, very clean, correct, friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Free enclosed outdoor parking. We went to spend the night before entering Disney."

"We chose this hotel for the short distance to Disneyland park. Cleanliness average, not my target but acceptable. Staff kind enough, not warm as we are used to in Italy; there was a different receptionist at every shift. They all seemed like they had just arrived.... We booked two double rooms, specifying one with 2 separate beds. It was late on the evening of our arrival and we let it go; the guy told us that they would take care of changing the room the next day. Not only did it not happen upon our arrival, but the receptionist was also tremendously unpleasant, saying imperatively that they DO NOT have another room. They could have even proposed a cot, but it is clear that customer satisfaction is no longer taught. Breakfast acceptable, not excellent. Little space in the room, zero closets, only a piece of furniture with a pole and some hangers. NO for LONG PERIODS. Zero shops in the surroundings, only a very cute restaurant that I will obviously review well."
