A big heads up for Vincenzo Liga, Office Manager for his professionalism and support when our flights were cancelled during the recent NATS, Air traffic control issues. Finding a room for us for an extra few nights in an almost fully booked hotel and city. Thank you from Lynne and Lorna."

"Whilst the downstairs public rooms you see in the photo for this hotel are modern and tasteful, the bedrooms most definitely are not. Our stay was fine overall, but would not return. Location is good, though you can get traffic noise from Boulevard Victor Hugo. Upstairs- as others have said -the bedrooms & bathrooms are tired and dated. Carpets are scruffy and stained in places. Lots of chips and knocks show wear and tear. We couldn't get our A/C below 19 despite the incredible heat. Bathroom towels are threadbare. I didnt feel the bathroom was properly cleaned-stains on the toilet seat. These things would be acceptable in a cheap, independent hotel but this is an international brand and is certainly not cheap. Can't comment on the 20e per head breakfast, we ate at local cafes. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"This hotel desperately needs renovating. It's tired, old and pretty depressing. Our bathroom was mouldy and skirting boards falling off. Spend your money somewhere else."
