"I have a family issue meaning I have to return home 5 days before my stay at this hotel. They refused any refund and took the full amount of 170 euros despite having incurred no costs. They were not at all helpful and I would 100% not recommend a stay here based on their lack of understanding."

"From the moment I walked in, it was clear this property looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The entire building was dirty, run-down, and poorly maintained. The lobby itself was unclean and gave an immediate impression that the hotel was not being properly cared for. The check-in experience was equally disappointing. The concierge was watching television during check-in, which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I raised concerns about my room, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The biggest issue, however, was that my room had bed bugs. That alone made the room completely unacceptable to stay in. I was offered another room, but it was extremely dirty and in no way reflected the photos or positive reviews I had relied on when booking. Instead of enjoying my trip, I had to spend valuable vacation time searching for another hotel at the last minute. It was stressful, inconvenient, and completely avoidable. I cannot recommend this property. Between the bed bugs, the poor cleanliness throughout the building, the misleading online photos, and the unprofessional check-in experience, this hotel fell far below even basic expectations. I strongly encourage management to address these serious cleanliness and maintenance issues before more guests have a similar experience."
