Hotel 64 Nice

"My wife and I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel64Nice. Although our room had already been fully paid for, we were asked to leave because my Mastercard was temporarily unavailable for the security deposit. I offered to pay the deposit in cash, but the receptionist refused, saying it was the hotel’s policy. We spent nearly an hour trying to explain the situation, but there was no flexibility, understanding, or even an apology. This was the most unprofessional hotel experience I have ever had. I will not recommend Hotel64Nice. I hope future guests are treated with more respect and professionalism."

"The hotel is in a great location; convenient for trains and trams and with a good choice of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Reception staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. Our room was well presented and cleaned daily."
