Best Western Alba Hotel

"We stayed here three night early June 2026.Our booking said a superior room with city views we over looked basically a dump area The man at reception advised our booking didn’t state we wanted a room with a city view even though their own website advertises that that’s what the superior rooms have.Another issue was the mini bar fridge it was Luke warm not cold,a message on the fridge said if needed this could be sorted .The man at reception advised our assured us it would be sorted the next day,a different receptionist the next day said we had to put anything cold in a downstairs fridge,later that day the first guy said it had been fixed?When asked he was confused in my mind it was just another put the client off situation be gone soon and had our money.Rest of the room was good but the other stuff was so frustrating If wasn’t a fridge that gets cold then be straight up don’t friggen lie Hardly likely we will be in Nice again but certainly after thus wouldn’t use a Best Western again"

"We stay here when visiting Monte Carlo Circus Festival. Located directly on the main shopping mile, in a walking distance from historical part, sea shore, train station, tram stop. Easy to reach from the airport. 24/7 reception, elevator. Room is clean, has simple minimalistic design, tea maker, socket next to bed, walk-in shower. Good breakfast, by warm weather served on the balcony. Attentive staff. Value for money."

"The hotel was very well located near the railway station and the Tram and shopping.It was a very well priced.It was comfortable , reasonable breakfast and we got a good night sleep.The reception Manager was extremely helpul"
