Palais Segurane Boutique Hotel

"We stayed at Palais Segurante for our anniversary trip. Upon arrival, we were surprised that our room had been decorated for it. This is so above and beyond our expectation. We were so touched. Furthermore, the team at Palais Segurane was so attentive, always there to help and to make the accomodations much more enjoyable, whether it's the reminder before arriving, or the various room services, or arranging transportation, or managing communication with a third-party to overcome language or logistics barriers. The hotel itself is nicely renovated not long ago so the room and facilities are all in very good conditions. The location is perfect: at the foothill of Castle Hill, right next to Nice old town; buses, tram lines and train station are all nearby. But the crown jewel of Palais Segurante is definitely its team: the professionalism, the customer oriented service, the efforts to go above and beyond at every opportunity, and more. It's such a wonderful experience. We will always remember our stay at Palais Segurante."

"Very pleasant Boutique hotel in Nice. Good location. nice decor throughout. The room was clean and modern with a balcony. No parking but i was fortunate to find parking outside which can be paid by credit card and my car remained overnight only needing new ticketing the following morning. Although we only had a coffee in the morning the breakfast looked good and with some outdoor seating. The staff seemed friendly. i would stay there again."

"Lovely rooms. But poor service from front desk. They don’t follow up on requests and don’t seem to talk to each other. Good location. I would avoid asking for help from hotel as the simply don’t care about you as a guest."
