Sheraton Nice Airport

"The hotel was ok, but I will never stay here again. I stayed for 2 nights before a river cruise. The location is convenient to airport, but very far from the city. There is no walkway from the airport and no shuttle. You have to walk quite a ways and cross teo very busy streets to get there. Its a major inconvenience if you have more than one bag as I did. The app showed an upgraded room. Later the agent changed it to a lower category saying it was "the sysyem". I felt cheated! No complimentary water, they sell it in the lobby. As a Titanium Member my loyalty did not mean much here. There is no redtakrant except the rooftop which has no air-conditioning. So if you want to eat in the summer, you have to melt! Bedding was hard, rooms are small. Breakfast was ok, but the eggs are synthetic. There are much better options in Nice."

"My stay at the Sheraton was unfortunately disappointing from the moment I arrived. I reached the hotel at around 2:00 pm, just an hour before the official check-in time. Instead of a warm welcome, the receptionist, Nina, greeted me with, "You know check-in is at 3 pm, right?" I travel frequently and stay at hotels around the world, and I have rarely experienced such an unwelcoming and impolite attitude at the front desk. There was no effort to check if my room was ready or to make me feel valued as a guest. Instead, I was left waiting while she repeatedly looked at her system and eventually said that all Marriott hotels were experiencing system issues. The second major disappointment was the room itself. The air conditioning barely worked and the room never became adequately cool. A functioning AC is one of the most basic expectations guests have, especially after a long journey, and it significantly affected the comfort of my stay. I expect much better service and hospitality from a Sheraton and from the Marriott brand. A more courteous front desk experience and properly maintained room facilities would have made a world of difference."

"Stayed in the hotel only one night and here are my review: (+) Breakfast was good (+) Convenient location- close to the airport (+) Bar roof top staff were very friendly (-) Functional welcome at check inn (-) Tiny room, poorly cleaned by houses keeping (-) Cheap pillows (-) Room needs renovation (-) The room next to elevator is very loud (-) Almost impossible to enter and exit by car Only stay there if you need to fly in and out over night"
