"Great location, close to airport, ocean, shopping and restaurants. But, very bad cleaning, the rooms (we have had three of them during our 4 days stay) are in bad shape, stains, filth and mold, the smell is very sour and moldy. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water that piled up on the floor. Not a great service from the staff or housekeeping either. Would never stay here again."

"We spent ten days at the Novotel Nice Aéroport Cap 3000 and were very satisfied overall. The location is excellent: Nice Airport is in the immediate vicinity, Nice itself is quickly accessible, and the hotel is also a very good starting point for trips to Cannes or along the Côte d’Azur. Right next door is the large CAP3000 shopping center with numerous well-known shops, flagship stores, as well as a huge selection of restaurants, groceries, and French specialties. We would especially like to highlight the extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff – at the front desk as well as at breakfast and in housekeeping. The rooms were always very clean. At our request, cleaning was done daily despite the cleaning generally being scheduled only every three days, which worked without any problems. A special thanks goes to the always cheerful and warm Afro-French housekeeping employee, who left a particularly positive impression on us with her friendly manner. The breakfast is excellent and exceptionally varied for this hotel category. For 21 euros per adult – children eat breakfast for free – you get a very large and high-quality selection. For us, one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced in this price range so far. The outdoor and pool area is also very nice and well-maintained. Especially positive for families: The pool area is well-secured so that smaller children cannot easily get to the water unsupervised. Table tennis and other play options are also available. At about 25 m², the rooms are not particularly large for a family with two children, but they are sufficient and well-laid out. We really liked the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. A small point of criticism: Dogs are allowed in the hotel, which did not bother us in principle. However, more attention should be paid to ensuring that dogs do not urinate on the lawn and play areas where children subsequently play. The nearby beach of Saint-Laurent-du-Var did not impress us as much. It seemed somewhat unkempt, and we found the restaurants right on the beach to be quite expensive in relation to the quality offered. In the wider surrounding area, however, you can find good restaurants at reasonable prices. Conclusion: A highly recommended, family-friendly hotel with an excellent location, great breakfast, clean grounds, and extremely friendly staff. We really enjoyed our ten-day stay and would come back anytime."
