"This is currently one of the cheapest hotels in Nice and is very modern. AC works perfectly, breakfast is on budget, i just didn't like always cold pancakes. Maintenance is poor, the drain is clogged, the water won't drain from the sink and shower too. The nearest beach is 20min walk or short ride by tram or bus. I stayed at the Ibis budget before in England and Germany but this French one was far best."

"My wife, I, and three other couples stayed at this hotel for three nights from September 10 to September 13, 2025. The main reason we booked this hotel was its convenience to the airport and train stations. However, we were disappointed by the overall quality of the amenities. The hotel entrance is located near the parking garage driveways, which creates a very narrow passage for walking with luggage. The rooms are small and cramped, and the bathroom is so tight that it’s difficult for more than one person to fit comfortably. The room only provided two shower towels, and that was it. Additionally, I couldn’t even pump any shower gel out of the bottle, and there was no hairdryer in the room. When I asked the front desk for one, I was told they would notify me when one was available. However, my friends and I were never informed. Another inconvenience was the water machine in the lobby, which was broken, making it impossible to get a cup of hot water. For a hotel that’s so well-located, it’s a shame that the amenities didn’t meet expectations."
