"Am here now this is my second night The worst service i have ever seen in an IHG hotel and that also Crowne plaza 1. They don’t provide water 2. They don’t even have slippers in the room 3.you come back after a hard day and no house keeping or front desk take the call 4. You go down to the reception and he tries to tell you that you are wrong 4. You ask for help in tours and they say they don’t have any suggestions 5. Breakfast will be better in a Hiliday Inn Express to say the least not worth the 17 euro 6. The front office Perosn had to come and give me hand towels at 11.15 pm as they don’t have housekeeping in the night 7.Give it a wide berth find other properties 8.you will book for a King and get a twin Have a booking from 27 th to 29 th an going to book something else for this and check out Don’t want to suffer here"

"Great hotel, great rooms, located close to the airport but with great public transport/tram access to town. Executive lounge was well appointed but the 'happy hour' was a real let down!! Particularly disappointing when we had previously heard such good/rave reviews. Obviously something significant has happened but clearly not for the better."
