"I came for a professional seminar. Very aging duplex room and an extremely slippery bathtub. The mezzanine is accessible by a very steep and dangerous staircase. Only one power outlet in the room at the top of the stairs, far from the bed, which is not practical for plugging in an alarm clock. The bedding was of good quality and the room was very well soundproofed (many parties were organized in the surrounding rooms, and no noise was perceptible in my room). Very basic and poor quality meals, breakfast also very basic, not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Front desk staff cold. The bartender clearly does not know how to make a cocktail."

"⭐ Very disappointed – service far from the standards of a 4-star hotel I am particularly disappointed by my experience with the Westotel Nantes. Being on a business trip, I had booked a stopover package including the room, dinner, and breakfast. Unfortunately, my business meeting was canceled and I therefore asked, 48 hours in advance, if it was possible to simply move my night to another date. Despite the notice period and the fact that I have already come several times to this establishment, no commercial solution or gesture of understanding was offered to me. The response was a categorical refusal. I find this particularly regrettable for an establishment that claims to be a 4-star hotel and which should, in my opinion, place customer relations and satisfaction at the heart of its priorities. The most incomprehensible thing is having to ultimately pay for the room, dinner, and breakfast when none of these services were consumed. I perfectly understand that a cancellation policy may exist, but in this type of situation, with a request made 48 hours in advance and a professional client who is already loyal, a minimum of empathy and commercial flexibility would have been appreciated. Very disappointed with this establishment. The handling of this situation is, in my opinion, far from the image and level of service that one can expect from a 4-star hotel. I will think seriously before renewing my stays at this establishment."

"Very bad experience at this establishment, very far from the level of service we expected from a 4-star hotel. The most serious point concerns an incident that deeply shocked us: my wife, who was pregnant, was served an alcoholic cocktail even though we had explicitly requested a non-alcoholic drink. The establishment was, however, perfectly informed of her pregnancy since, upon our arrival, we had requested that the bottle of crémant planned as a welcome gift be replaced by fruit juices. Despite this, an alcoholic drink was served to her at the restaurant. We only realized it when we saw the same non-alcoholic cocktail being served at a neighboring table. We then left the restaurant and were unable to enjoy our dinner. This incident generated a huge amount of stress and largely ruined our evening. Unfortunately, this was not the only problem: forgotten order at the restaurant, disappointing quality of the appetizers and breakfast, bread that seemed stale, dirty room terrace, stained bath towels, lack of towels at the pool, gym inaccessible during the announced hours, and general maintenance leaving something to be desired. We had chosen this establishment to treat ourselves to a relaxing break. We ultimately left very disappointed and above all very shocked by the cocktail incident, which seems totally incompatible to us with the level of vigilance and service that one can expect from a 4-star establishment. We hope that this review will allow the establishment to truly realize the seriousness of what happened."
