Mercure Nantes Centre Grand Hotel

"In the center of Nantes, thank heaven we were sent a detailed way of getting into the pedestrian area in which it is located. Lovely except for the rooms on the floor where we were which had slanted roofs which for my over 6 feet husband were hard to remember were there in the middle of the night. The other unfortunate part, and I believe only occurs in the summer time was that the breakfast room is not really laid out for big groups that arrive at the same time. They should probably ask the organizers to split them into 2 shifts...otherwise, traffic and access to the coffee machine were almost impossible. The parking is OK in the hotel garage though really tight."

"Most of the main museums are located less than half a mile from the hotel.The no 1 tram stops about 50 yards away. The room is reasonably comfortable although the bathroom is tiny.The staff are helpful. Breakfast was fairly average..Food not always replenished quickly.The bed was fairly comfortable."

"Nice room, good breakfast and central location in downtown. However, shower and wc very tiny, like in a ferry cabin. We never did not find our way to hotel's garage and had to use public parking. Impossible to navigate there."
