"Good location - a very short walk to the train station, easy to access the tram system. Great when night comes late, might be less secure feeling in the winter. Staff - friendly, easily shift into English! But forgetful of information and keeping on top of food service. Restaurant - for breakfast only. Well-stocked, decent buffet breakfast. A short list of frozen pizzas and such available to be heated up, but not a place for a real meal. Good cafes nearby. Canteen water refill station, no bottled water provided. Environmentally sound, maybe not ideal for travelers. Room - Not as pictured. Small, very basic, signs of water infiltration and musty odor. The bed is a 3 inch pad laid on top of solid mattress, which slid around all night. Would not work well for 2 people. Little space for suitcases. Quiet hallway. Shower with half wall, no grab bars, smooth floor - good risk of slipping. Value - Not great. Was recommended by conference organizers."

"Arrived to property after long flight from South Africa and gladly paid 25€ for the early check in of the room At check reception we were given room 216 and then told there was no lift or help with luggage - not a great start On making our way to the room the property had builder’s and contractors on all floors the dust and noise was not great as we wanted to sleep Personally as Accor Card holders we do feel we should have been notified of this work and maybe offered another hotel Staff were friendly and sad to say on our last day we had no hot water to take a shower before the airport - We did inform the receptionist who apologized Not the best Ibis Styles at present and anybody with walking problems may need to check with the property of the ongoing work being completed Not the normal standard of this chain"
