Halt Hotel

"Halt Hotel is located a little outside Montpellier, in the Lattes suburb. Not hard to find, with a good amount of parking right outside the hotel. The reception is not 24/7, we rushed to make it in time, not sure what happens for those that arrive out of hours as they need to provide the room key and night time access code. The room itself was fairly standard but was sufficiently spacious. We didn't try out the breakfast/bar, although we could hear it all from our room, so the walls are a little thin. No elevator, so stairs only - something for people with large/heavy bags to be aware of."

"We stayed one night as a journey break. The location is very close to the motorway without being on top of it. The room was a family room with a bunk bed for the children - the room was basic. There was a water pressure problem so hardly any cold water came out if the taps but other than that it was fine and quiet. We choose here as they accept pets. There is no restaurant but you can order food in and eat on the large outside terrace. Breakfast is good with lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and offered lots of help. Recommended."

"Great little hotel in perfect location. Host was informative and helpful - spoke excellent English. Comfy bed - basic but clean and practicable. Will def use again. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of bed, cheese, ham and fruits. Lattes is beautiful town and would love to visit again."
