"Extremely disappointing stay. The hygiene standards were completely unacceptable, both at the hotel and among some of the guests. There was no hand sanitizer at the buffet, and we witnessed children eating their boogers and then touching the food with their bare hands. The buffet was genuinely a health hazard. After just one visit, we decided it was not worth the risk and avoided it for the rest of our stay. We raised our concerns with the reception staff, but they showed little to no concern or willingness to address the issue. The room had potential, but it was severely neglected and in very poor condition. The kitchen tap was so loose that it was barely usable, and rods were literally falling out of the walls. Cleanliness was another major issue: stains everywhere, mold in the bathrooms, thick layers of dust, and pet fur all over the beds. Luckily, we weren’t allergic. The beds themselves were extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain almost immediately. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. Poor hygiene, poor maintenance, uncomfortable beds, and a complete lack of concern from the staff. We would absolutely not return."

"We stayed for three nights and only wish we could have stayed longer. It was honestly difficult to leave and return home. Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were warm and welcoming, the accommodation was comfortable, and the apartment kitchen was fully equipped, although we did not use it since we chose the all-inclusive option. The location is also excellent: easy to reach, with paid parking available, and within walking distance of the beach. Our kids absolutely loved it, especially the many spaces to play and the activities on offer. The food and drinks were very good as well, with plenty of choice. The only slight downside was that the swimming pool water still felt a bit cold, even though it is heated. That said, it did not stop the kids or us from enjoying it. Overall, highly recommended."

"The photos on the website of the rooms are a bit optimistic. The accommodation needs a good clean and a paint, they look very tired. The grounds need a tidy as looking tired. The reception and pool areas are nice. The food is very overpriced €35 each for a very small buffet dinner, very limited choice on both drinks and food. The rooms have a metal garden table as a dinner table. No curtains. Very poor lighting. No tea towels. The only plus is there is air con! Defo not worth the €70 per night. It felt like we were in Bedrock with the Flintstones!"
