"Putting pictures on the wall might be a good attempt at making you look hip, but there's nothing hip about this place. While it might be different in the high season, there's was no one in the lounge or bar, BUT the welcome was extremely friendly, the location was great and they even kept a spot right in front of the hotel for us. Tres bon!"

"This hotel was really awful. Do not trust the website photos they are not representative of the hotel - make sure you look at the traveller photos. The wifi is awful and borders on unusable - something multiple guests have stated in their reviews. The walls are paper thin so the hotel is very noisy. The staff and disinterested at best. The hotel double charged my credit card for the accommodation. I have been chasing them for a refund but they are not responding.I strongly suggest you AVOID this hotel."

"This place did the trick - secure (the front door needs to be opened by reception) & convenient. I had a room overlooking the garden with a nice leafy view. The bed is comfy, the room & large bathroom clean, aircon. I didn't have breakfast there - in fact I never saw anyone having breakfast. Friendly staff. About 15-20mins down the hill to Vieux Port, and 2-3mins up to Notre Dame de Mont station and the cool Cours Julien area with lots of little bars & cafes. As others say, having a handheld shower without drenching the bathroom floor is nigh on impossible - especially if like me you have a bad back and can't squat in the tub - a higher attachment on the wall & a shower curtain would help. Otherwise fine & I'd return. "
