"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning is out, during the heat wave. The rooms are 85 degrees. They did not tell us until we checked in and refuse to give us a refund. You can’t open the windows because the room is too small. The worst part is that they lied, every single day, that the wait would be on the next day. I watched people check in and they did not inform them, and when asked, said it would be fixed any minute. We’re going on 5-6 days of no air. Physically could not be in the room without being sick and they have done nothing about it."

"This is a good hotel very close to a metro station. I’ve stayed in Easyhotels in various countries and this is definitely one of the best. Very nice room. Marseille is not cheap to stay in these days and I would recommend this."
