"This hotel has an OUTSTANDING concierge (Abdallah); all the wineries, restaurants, and activities were prearranged thru email with him. He was the nicest, fastest & most helpful!!! For a first time visitor, he made our trip exceptional. Highly recommend!!!"

"Have been staying at this property before and there seem to be some slight management changes that have a negative outcome on its operations. The idea if staying in a Marriott of a Courtyard by Marriott, or Moxy, Aloft is quite simple. They suppose to have a lounge, which includes afternoon tea and happy hour. This information may have not been delivered to the management of this particular Marriott. If I would have been aware that this room offers room only and next day breakfast, I would have not booked it at all. There seems to be a misunderstanding and this hotel should be downgraded to Aloft or Four Points by Sheraton, it does not have Marriott standards, even the gym is outsourced and does not seem to belong to the hotel. With a fight to keep my 4 pm late check out, and to keep being annoyed by their staff knocking my doors and ask me when I am leaving has a simple answer, "my access card and booking is until 1600, not 1601 and not 1559. Elevators are extremely slow and it does not meet Marriott standards. In fact, I stayed approximately 1000 nights in 7 years within Marriott group and know what I'm talking about. Anyhow, the hotel is pretty good, and I had a good time, just I would prefer if they would rename it to Courtyard by Marriott and downgrade it due to lack of facility management and compliance to the Marriott program to honor and recognize guests standards and elite status instead. I do now want to use 1000 hotel Points just to get a cheese platter or a cup of wine, beer etc. People book the Marriott to get a little bit more of their stay, otherwise downgraded this place to a Courtyard instead."

"Basics: - Location: there is NOTHING in the area except a very nice park. No good restaurants nothing to see. - Staff: rude and oblivious - Cleanliness: old hotel that they tried to do quick fixes to make it better - didn’t work - Room not ready at check in - arrived at 12:30, returned at 3pm and STILL had to wait 1 hr after standard check in to get a room - Missed profile health requirement : Room was NOT feather free - person has HIGH allergies - Power outage at midnight to 8am (no power in the room) - Cold water - took a long time for the hot water - Holes @ makeshift sketch changes in the bathroom - Zero response on Marriott chat app - Leaking refrigerator - Front desk and concierge had zero assistance on where to go what to see etc - Food at Zucca restaurant was flavorless and took a long time. And with all of that… the staff, including the manager, did not seem to care."
