"My wife and I visit Lyon regularly (5 times a year) for both business and pleasure. We stay at Lyon Marriott Hotel every time we visit Lyon without any exception. Why? It is simple & easy - all of the hotel members – Ms. Pauline Garande (General Manager), Ms. Helene Aubriet (Front Office Manager), Ms. Cannelle Hovelaque (Assistant Front Office Manager), Ombeline (Guest Relations Manager), Abdallah, Daniel, Stuwart & all (Concierge), Jeremie, Nadia, Emanuel, Sandy, Joseph, Anahit, Elias, Loussia & all (Reception/Front), everyone in Housekeeping and all others at the hotel - are so wonderful, friendly, bright and helpful. They willingly help whatever we request and ask. All the members, with nice and happy smiles, provides us with all what we want, need and request. They create bright and pleasant atmosphere and circumstance in the hotel so that we I would be happy with staying at this hotel. We see that they try their best to make our stay memorable every time.
Among those wonderful hotel members, I would like to highlight “Abdallah” in here. He is at the Concierge desk. His advice and suggestion as a Concierge to popular requests (restaurant booking, sightseeing spots, landmark spots, how to get there and taxi bookings etc.) is excellent but it is just normal and routine for him. On top of this usual advice/suggestion as concierge, he also helps us in any area we want to know and we want to get, like an all-round- player. He helps to make all of arrangements for any events, anniversary, birthday and memorable matters etc. so that our stay is especially memorable and happy. Furthermore, in case he knows our profile (birthday and any memorable anniversaries etc.), he gives me or my wife or both of us a “Surprise” presents for such special anniversary events, even without our request to make so. We think that he always considers how to make our stay happier, satisfactory and comfortable. His work for us is precise, accurate and perfect. He, in general, considers our needs, desires & requests, and then he offers those for us, so that our stay becomes happy, pleasant, wonderful and memorable.
I would like to recommend him to become a member of the “Clef d’Ors”.
You may have a different opinion with different eyes from mine. So, just try to stay Lyon Marriott Hotel Cite Internationale when you have an opportunity to visit Lyon, and contact all members at Reception and Abdallah at Concierge Desk. Then I hope you understand all what I mentioned here.
Do not be disappointed in case Abdallah is off for work. You may contact all of the wonderful members at Reception and Concierge Desk as I referred in above. We believe that you will be happy with them.
