"We stayed in a twin room for two nights. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant. They were also accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which was a great bonus. Room was super tiny, but it was clean and functional. The beds were comfortable. The room also had lots of plugs for charging electronics, but there was really no room for luggage or anything else. It felt cramped. The bathroom was small but adequate and clean, but the biggest downside, however, was that there was no hot water in the morning when we showered—so we had to shower with cold water in March! Not ideal at all. After our stay, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours, which was very helpful as we had some extra time to explore the city before heading to the airport. For the price, the hotel is a decent option, especially for those just looking for a place to sleep while exploring Lyon. The location is good, there's a shopping center nearby. the staff was really nice and helpful, and the early check-in and baggage storage were nice touches. However, the tiny room, lack of space for luggage, lack of cleaning services, and the major issue with the hot water left us wanting a bit more. It’s a solid 3-star budget option."
