"This is no flashy 5 star place. Rooms are simply and modestly furnished. But every one in here from the owner-manager down to the cleaning staff and and the late-evening receptionist from Afghanistan were warm-hearted and super helpful. And then there was Jeanne, full of joy and sunshine, showing off her perfect English using every accent of the language -- a global tour. They provide a perfect breakfast in a nice sunny room off the reception. The location at the south end of Presqu'île is great for visitors to the city."

"Stopped here a few times, the hotel has a nice style and relaxed atmosphere. Staff are excellent. Full bar snd breakfast are available although the bacon 🥓 is quite over done other items are available. Rooms comfy and clean."

"The hotel’s location, the kindness of the staff, and the warm atmosphere initially left us very satisfied. As a group of eight people staying in multiple rooms, we had such a positive impression that we were ready to recommend the hotel to others. However, our experience took a completely negative turn when the cash belonging to one of our friend was stolen from her pocket that was left in the room, despite the room being locked. In a system where the room key is kept only at reception, such a security breach is simply unacceptable. We appreciate the friendly attitude of the hotel staff; however, we cannot recommend a place where guest security is not adequately ensured. We sincerely hope that the management takes this incident seriously and implements necessary measures to prevent similar situations in the future.""
