"Depending on the size and type of apartment you book you will have a wonderful stay, those that sleep 6 or more are fabulous, some that are only 4 person with no air con are way way too small hot and uncomfortable. Once you're in the right accommodation all is perfect, great pool and spa, excellent location only a few minutes walk to le brusc seafront and shops, carrefour nearby. The staff are fine, one younger member is particularly helpful. Safe, secure, quite, child friendly, laid back and enjoyable."

"This was our 3rd visit to Les Terrasses des Embiez. In the past we have had no complaints, however, this year the place seemed to have deteriorated significantly. Our apartment was not properly cleaned, the balcony railings were stained with bird droppings and covered with cobwebs, and there were blood stains in a few places. The furniture now looks very tired and outdated and the sofa was badly stained. We were there during a heatwave but the staff were not prepared to provide a fan - they were, however, very keen to come and count the teaspoons before we left!! . We were required to pay an additional deposit (€70) for a sun umbrella for use on our terrace. Whilst the pool area is immaculate, there were no sun umbrellas - only a small amount of natural shade available. We won't be going there again I'm afraid."

"Spent one week there with my family. We had booked a flat for 4 persons, it was kinda small but really good organised, clean and comfortable. Anyway next time we're planning to book a flat for 6 persons. The staff was really nice and welcoming. We loved our journey there, there's a swimming pool which is great, the beaches are about 5-10 mn by walking, the village is small but lovely and quiet. A great place for families. Moreover it's close to other cities like Toulon, Marseille etc. But the only thing I was disappointed in it was the WiFi, I paid about 25€ for a week to have access to WiFi but unfortunately it lagged a lot. I couldn't use it. Anyway we're planning to go there again next year. "
