"Amazing hotel: very good location next to old port in the center of the village, very clean updated bathroom, big room with 2 windows with wonderful view of the port, very comfortables beds , 2 minutes walk to the restaurants, supermarket, bus station to Nice. Plus very high level of hospitality from the owner of this small family hotel"

"Hotel l’Oursin is definitely fairly basic accommodation. However, the town of St Jean Cap Ferrat is pretty upmarket, so, to find a light, spacious hotel room with huge windows overlooking the port for a very reasonable price, was not to be sniffed at! The bathroom was modern and super clean, but bedroom a bit dated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location super. They weren’t serving breakfast when we stayed, but there’s a cafe two minutes walk away, so no problem. No parking outside hotel, but car parks nearby. Would definitely stay again. "

"This hotel offers the most basic rooms and facilities imaginable. Yet perfectly suitable and clean. Do not expect anything glamorous, except perhaps the view. The owners are very friendly. The room, bathroom and corridor are crummy and promise nothing but basic stay. But the hotel doesn't boast anything else and this is honest and dear."
